GymShark | My Collection

Hello you lovely lot! Welcome to 2018! As we're now in January we're all now starting to think, if not already started, to lose weight/get in shape. I don't know about you but I feel that a nice gym look makes me more willing to go to the gym. Don't get me wrong I'm a big fan of the gym, I enjoy working out and I do go a lot to the gym, but having nice clothes to wear definitely makes the experience a heck of a lot more bearable.

In just under a year I've amassed quite the gymshark collection, I actually pulled over once when I was driving as they were having a restock and I didn't want to miss out - I'm just a wee bit addicted to them.

Mint Blue Nikki Blackketter Gymshark Leggings
My love affair with Gymshark started when I saw Megan wearing these stunning mint leggings. Anyone that knows me knows that I adore anything mint coloured - my car, keys, jacket and Micheal Kors bag are all mint.
Unfortunately the leggings I happened to fall in love with were limited edition and sold out online, but never fear, there were plenty people selling them online... At much much higher prices. I eventually managed to get them for a semi decent price, was a little over what they retailed for but nothing ridiculous. These leggings are the Nikki Blackketter limited editon set, they originally came in three colours but these ones were my favourite. The fit of these ones is a little different to the rest, I wear an XS, but these are a really tight fit, theres not much give in them - the rest of the pairs seem to be much more stretchy than these.
They look stunning on though, the waist band looks amazing as it kind of crosses over. You'll be able to see how it looks in the link to Megans post wearing them.
Purple Sleek Sculpture Gymshark Leggings
These were another set that I bought second hand, they still had the tags ect on them so when I say second hand I just mean not from Gymshark as they are near enough always sold out of everything. The Sleek Sculpture Leggings, are probably one of the thicker pairs that I own - the Nikki Blackketter ones are probably the thickest ones though - they're a really pretty beetroot colour, and have a couple of pockets in the side of the legs. This colour doesn't appear to be available online anymore but they still have a few different colour options. Fit wise, I've got an XS in these, theyre not too tight nor too loose, they're really comfortable on, and during leg day you don't need to worry about your bum showing through them, definitely squat proof.
Gymshark Pink Serene Crop Top
The final thing from Gymshark that I got from a third party site is this pretty little cropped vest, this is the Serene Sports Crop Top, this colour isn't online anymore but just like with the Sculpture leggings they have other shades of this online. I got a small in this, I honestly wasn't sure it would fit as online I looked to be between sizes, I took the chance though and it fits perfectly - I've pictures of it on my instagram if you want to see what this or any of the other ones mentioned look like on a human person.
The top itself is tight enough that it gives me that lil bit of extra support, but not so tight that its impossible to get it over my head. The band at the bottom sits nicely on my waist, the back of the top is mesh and racer back in style. Its the perfect top for arm or shoulder day as you'd get to see all your muscles working.
Blue and Purple Quartz Gymshark Leggings
So now we move on to the items I set my alarm to buy on release/ restock day. These are maybe my least favourite of the Gymshark leggings I own, but I think thats just cause near enough all my workout tops are pink so I have no tops to go with them (this is when I steal Davids tops). The Quartz leggings are visually stunning, and are the softest of all the leggings that I own from Gymshark. They feel a little on the bigger side compared to the rest of the leggings I own, but I can't go down a size as these are the XS which is the smallest size they have. It must just be the material they're made from, cause the rest feel much tighter than these ones do. I really need to get myself a white workout top so I can get more use out of these.
Gymshark Beetroot Seamless leggings

Moving on now to one of my favourite styles, the Seamless leggings! These leggings look amazing on, they've a nice cut out detail on the ankle, and they have contouring around the thighs and bum. The contouring really does make your legs and bum look nicer! The only thing I'd say about these is, they are very long - I think they are much longer than the Flex style - just for reference I'm just under 5'3 so I'm just a wee shortie. They're not so long though that I cant wear them, they just bunch up a wee bit.
Gymshark Flex leggings grey & turquoise lilac and purple pink and grey
My favourite style, the Flex Leggings. I've these in three different colours: Grey & Turquoise; Purple & Lilac; and grey & pink. They've 11 colours to pick from though so not to worry if none of these three tickle your fancy. They all fit really well though, tight but not too tight, they're flattering and the waist band doesn't sag at all. I've not actually wore my mint blue ones yet but I get so much use out of the other two so far.

I got the new Flex Crop Top when they were first released, this is a small and fits quite nicely. I've yet to actually wear it to the gym, my confidence took a bit of a fall and since I'm bulking at the moment I thought I'd maybe leave it until my confidence comes back up and when my tummy goes away a wee bit. For upper body days I'm not sure how good this top will be as I think it might ride up a bit but for leg day having a matchy matchy set might be quite cute.

Thats all the Gymshark stuff I currently own, no doubt this year I'll add to my growing collection (I mean have you seen the new Seamless leggings?!? They look stunning!), I do own a few things from other brands (Nike, Adidas ect) but I just prefer Gymshark over them all. The price is better and the fit and style just seems a lot better - at least thats what I think.
Value for money with Gymshark is amazing I think and I've yet to find another fitness brand I like as much as Gymshark. Is there any fitness brands that you love?
